De productiebladen en instructies van de lead correct opvolgen

De machine opstarten en stilleggen (inclusief recepten en tools) conform de SOC-procedures

Alle productiegegevens nauwkeurig registreren op de productiebladen

Statistische procescontrole uitvoeren volgens specificaties en SOC

Technische storingen, productieafwijkingen en andere problemen onmiddellijk melden aan de lead

Instaan voor een correcte ploegenoverdracht:

  • De werkplek proper en ordelijk achterlaten
  • Het lopende productieorder en de voortgang ervan doorgeven aan de opvolger, of bij afwezigheid de lead informeren

Actief deelnemen aan operatorvergaderingen, verbeterteams en andere relevante overlegmomenten (bv. veiligheid, kwaliteit, milieu, …)

Grondstoffen tijdig aan de productielijn aanleveren (resin, WIP, …)

Machines en tooling reinigen en onderhouden

De werkplek continu schoonhouden

Het beleid en de richtlijnen inzake veiligheid, kwaliteit, milieu en welzijn kennen en correct toepassen

Nauwkeurigheid en zorgvuldigheid

Het uitvoeren van werkzaamheden op een correcte en precieze manier, met strikte naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften, bedrijfsrichtlijnen en vastgelegde procedures.
