Locatie Zoetermeer Luiten BV Over de afdeling Binnen de slicingafdeling worden onze vleeswaren gesneden en verpakt voor onze klanten. Producten zoals rosbief, grillworst, Zeeuws spek en fricandeau worden in andere productieruimtes bereid en komen vervolgens naar de slicingafdeling. Hier worden de producten met behulp van geautomatiseerde snijmachines op de juiste dikte gesneden. Daarna worden de plakken geportioneerd en zorgvuldig verpakt, zodat ze klaar zijn voor levering aan onze klanten. Binnen de afdeling werken operators en inpakmedewerkers nauw samen om het proces efficiënt, veilig en volgens de geldende kwaliteitsnormen te laten verlopen. De functie Als Operator Slicing ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bedienen en instellen van de slice lijn. Je start de lijn op, stelt waar nodig instellingen bij en bewaakt de voortgang en stabiliteit van het productieproces. Gedurende de dag monitor je de lijn, controleer je de productkwaliteit en signaleer je tijdig afwijkingen in product, proces of machine. Je zorgt dat het snijproces nauwkeurig en volgens planning verloopt, zodat de kwaliteit van onze vleeswaren aan alle eisen voldoet. Je werkt in een betrokken team en draagt actief bij aan een veilige, georganiseerde en hygiënische werkomgeving. De werkzaamheden vinden plaats in een gekoelde omgeving (ca. 6°C) met bijbehorende toeslag. Daarnaast houd je je bezig met: • Het instellen en bedienen van de slice lijn • Het controleren van de kwaliteit van de producten • Het oplossen van kleine storingen aan de machine • Het ombouwen van de lijn bij een productwissel • Het signaleren van afwijkingen en bespreken van oplossingen met de teamleider • Het inschakelen van de technische dienst bij grotere storingen • Het schoon en veilig houden van de werkplek • Het uitvoeren van de dagelijkse schoonmaakwerkzaamheden Wat kan je van Luiten verwachten - Een bruto maandsalaris vanaf € 2.877,- met verdere inschaling afhankelijk van kenni...
