The posting

Onze klant is een pionier in de textielindustrie, meer bepaald in de stapelvezel technologie. In de beginjaren werden hoofdzakelijk natuurlijke vezels verwerkt. Door het succes van kamerbreed tapijt werd er overgeschakeld naar de productie van non-woven tapijt. Dit ging gepaard met een volledige integratie: productie van polypropyleenvezel, het aanverven van polystervezel en de productie van zelfliggende tegels.

Zij staan vooral in voor de productie van Polyester nonwovens. Deze nonwovens hebben een brede waaier van toepassingen waaronder filtratie, geotextiel, automobiel industrie, tapijt, enz...

Na jaren van research heeft men een product ontwikkeld met als toepassing een drager voor de dakbanen industrie. Door zijn technische eigenschappen heeft dit product een vaste plaats verworven in Europa . Door hun constante innovatie wordt er elk jaar een mooie vooruitgang verwezenlijkt.

je bedient computergestuurde machines, start en stopt de productielijnen en volgt het volledige productieproces nauwkeurig op

je zet bobijnen op, knoopt lengtedraden en breedtedraden, plaatst glasgaren correct en voert grondstoffen en materialen aan en af

je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit, controleert afzuiging, loges, snijlinten en metaaldetector en stuurt bij waar nodig

je lost kleine, terugkerende technische storingen op en meldt problemen of slijtage tijdig

je houdt je werkplek proper, vervangt zakken van het filterstation en assisteert bij wekelijkse onderhoudstaken

je leeft alle veiligheidsafspraken strikt na, bewaakt veilig gedrag bij collega’s en meldt onveilige situaties of incidenten correct

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

je beschikt bij voorkeur over een technische opleiding, of je hebt een sterke technische affiniteit of relevante ervaring

je hebt ervaring met het bedienen van grote computergestuurde productielijnen (pluspunt)je beheerst de Nederlandse taal en hebt bijkomende kennis van het Engels

je werkt kwaliteitsgericht en handelt met verantwoordelijkheidszin

je bent bereid om in een 3-ploegenstelsel te werken

je werkt vlot samen met anderen en kan daarbij ook zelfstandig je taken opnemen

je communiceert duidelijk en blijft flexibel in veranderende situaties

je leert graag bij en blijft aandachtig voor veiligheidsafspraken
