Luba Operator transportbanden (leerling) - Alkmaar - 40 uur - Leerwerktraject - Mbo Als leerling operator ga je in tweeploegendiensten in Alkmaar aan de slag in de wereld van proces- en transportbanden. Over het werk Sta je er wel eens bij stil hoe jouw koffer op de juiste plek in het vliegtuig komt, of hoe de boodschappen bij de kassa feilloos vooruit rollen? In een fabriek in Alkmaar maken ze deze essentiële systemen voor klanten over de hele wereld. Wij zoeken een aanpakker met technisch inzicht die wij gaan opleiden tot een echte specialist. Als leerling operator word jij de regisseur van een indrukwekkend productieproces. Je werkt met mooie machines waar aan de ene kant een basisband naar binnen gaat en er aan de andere kant een hoogwaardig technisch product uitkomt. Je leert hoe je deze machines tot op de graad en millimeter nauwkeurig instelt: van de juiste temperatuur en druk tot het aanbrengen van specialistische coatings zoals pvc, vilt of siliconen. Geen dag is hetzelfde, want elke klant heeft andere technische eisen. Je houdt het proces scherp in de gaten, zie je een afwijking in de kwaliteit? Dan grijp je direct in. Je leert niet alleen hoe je de techniek bedient, maar ook hoe je storingen voorkomt en het proces verbetert. Na een volledig inwerktraject krijg je ook de kans om je officiële Operator-diploma te halen via een BBL-traject. Dit betekent dat je vier dagen werkt, één dag naar school gaat, en toch je volledige weekloon (5 dagen) uitbetaald krijgt! Het bedrijf werkt met een tweeploegendienst. De ene week werk je van maandag t/m vrijdag van 06:00 uur tot 14:00 uur en de andere week van 14.00 uur tot 22.30 uur. Ben jij leergierig en wil je meer weten over deze vacature?
