Je werkt met moderne, grotendeels geautomatiseerde verpakkingslijnen en zorgt ervoor dat deze optimaal blijven draaien. Je bedient, stelt in en controleert moderne verpakkingsmachines, bewaakt het productieproces en stuurt bij waar nodig. Je signaleert en analyseert technische storingen en lost deze, waar mogelijk, zelfstandig op. Daarnaast voer je klein onderhoud en eenvoudige technische werkzaamheden uit, zorg je voor de juiste toevoer van producten en verpakkingsmaterialen, en voer je kwaliteitscontroles uit. Je werkt volgens de geldende HACCP- en BRC-richtlijnen en houdt de machines en je werkomgeving schoon. Samenwerken met collega's, de technische dienst en de productieleiding is een belangrijk onderdeel van je werk. Je bent dus meer dan alleen een machinebediener; je denkt mee over het proces, hebt oog voor kwaliteit en veiligheid, en handelt technisch wanneer een machine of proces niet loopt zoals het hoort. Je werkt in een 3-ploegendienst, waarbij je afwisselend in de ochtend-, middag- en nachtdienst werkt. Wij bieden - - Een bruto uurloon tussen €17,84 en €19,56, afhankelijk van jouw ervaring en kennis, exclusief ploegentoeslagen; - Aantrekkelijke toeslagen op bepaalde werktijden: 130% van het uurloon tussen 18:00 en 22:00 uur, en 140% van het uurloon tussen 22:00 en 07:00 uur; - Een fulltime functie in een 3-ploegendienst; - Reiskostenvergoeding vanaf een enkele reis van 10 km; - Werken met moderne en geautomatiseerde productielijnen; - Mogelijkheden om interne trainingen te volgen; - Goede mogelijkheden om door te groeien; - Uitzicht op een vast contract b...
