Deze organisatie werkt in de food-sector en richt zich op efficiënte en veilige verwerking en verpakking van voedingsmiddelen. Je komt te werken op de verpakkingslijn om continuïteit en productkwaliteit te waarborgen. De werkomgeving is gestructureerd met duidelijke procedures voor hygiëne en voedselveiligheid. Je werkt in teamverband aan productieorders. Deze functie is geschikt voor mensen die ervaring willen opdoen met verpakkingsprocessen of hun technische vaardigheden willen uitbreiden. Er is aandacht voor opleiding en on-the-job coaching, zodat je kunt groeien naar meer zelfstandigheid. Je werkt volgens vastgestelde veiligheidsprotocollen en er is focus op continue verbetering van processen. Functie-inhoud - Je bedient en stelt de verpakkingslijn efficiënt en veilig in volgens productieorders en procedures. - Je monitort de productkwaliteit en voert corrigerende maatregelen uit bij afwijkingen om voedselveiligheid te waarborgen. - Je stelt de verpakkingslijn af, voert kleine technische aanpassingen uit en lost eenvoudige storingen op. - Je ondersteunt bij preventief onderhoud en schakelt de technische dienst in bij complexere storingen. - Je voert reinigings- en hygiënewerkzaamheden uit volgens voorschriften en registreert productiegegevens nauwkeurig. - Je draagt bij aan productieruns en omstellingen en werkt volgens voorgeschreven veiligheidsprocedures. - Je bewaakt en stelt procesparameters op PLC-gestuurde verpakkingslijnen en voert eerstelijns storingsanalyse uit, en escaleert naar technische dienst of ploegleider wanneer nodig.

Functie-eisen - MBO diploma of gelijkwaardige werkervaring in de Maakindustrie of Food-sector. - Ervaring met verpakkingsprocessen of productieomgevingen is een pré maar niet strikt vereist. - Technisch inzicht en vermogen om eenvoudige storingsdiagnoses uit te voeren. - Bewustzijn van veiligheids- en hygiënevoorschriften bij het werken met voedingsmiddelen. - Bereidheid om in 2-ploegendienst te werken (ochtend en avond)
