We moeten steeds beter gaan recycleren om afval als grondstof van energie te gebruiken, daarom heeft Imog er vorig jaar voor gekozen om te investeren in een gloednieuwe bedrijfs- en grofvuilsorteerinstallatie. Voor deze nieuwe installatie zijn we op zoek naar medewerkers die graag willen meehelpen om het sorteerproces in goede banen te leiden. Als kraanbediener bedien je, na interne opleiding, verschillende toestellen en installaties. Je werkt samen met je collega kraanbedieners en wisselt de taken af zodat deze gelijk verdeeld zijn. De planning zal worden opgemaakt door je teamleider.

Een greep uit je takenpakket

  • Het aangevoerde materiaal opduwen in de desbetreffende boxen op het stortplatform. Hierbij doe je een visuele controle van het materiaal en rapporteer je non-conformiteiten aan je teamleider.
  • Met behulp van een elektrische kraan met sorteergrijper vul je de doseerinstallatie van de sorteerlijn (bagripper) op een gelijkmatige wijze waarbij je al een eerste sortering doet. Grote stukken die niet thuishoren in het materiaal of de installatie zouden blokkeren, haal je met behulp van de grijper er van tussenuit.
  • Voorkomen van blokkeringen door de correcte voorschriften te volgen. Indien nodig grijp je in op de correcte manier.
  • Begeleiden van aanvoerders bij het lossen van materiaal.
  • De uitgesorteerde materialen verbalen, stapelen en beladen op de vrachtwagen. Containers wisselen die het materiaal opvangen.
  • Na interne opleiding bedien je verschillende toestellen en installaties waaronder: bobcat, heftruck, interne vrachtwagen en containermanipulatie, wiellader, elektrische kraan, balenpers en bagripper.
  • Indien nodig spring je ook bij aan de sorteerlijnen.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt een diploma secundair of gelijkwaardig denkniveau
  • Je hebt minstens een aantal jaar ervaring in het besturen van een wiellader of kraan
  • Voor bent enthousiast om na interne opleiding ook de overige toestellen te besturen
  • Je stelt je flexibel op in het soort taken en springt bij waar nodig
  • Je werkt proper en op een veilige manier zowel voor jezelf als voor je collega's
  • Je houdt het hoofd koel tijdens stresssituaties en komt tot goede oplossingen bij problemen
  • Je spreekt goed Nederlands zodat de collega's je goed begrijpen indien er zich problemen voordoen
