Functieomschrijving: Als operator ben jij de onmisbare schakel in de fabriek. Jij zorgt dat alle machines optimaal blijven draaien. Jouw dag is nooit saai en zit vol afwisseling.

Je houdt de machines voor het malen en persen nauwkeurig in de gaten. Zie je een afwijking in het proces? Dan grijp je direct in om stilstand te voorkomen. Je werkt veel samen met collega's om de kwaliteit hoog te houden. Ook ondersteun je de technische dienst bij onderhoudswerkzaamheden. Via slimme computersystemen volg je alle prestaties op de voet. Je zorgt dat de werkvloer schoon en veilig blijft voor iedereen. Zo lever jij elke dag een topprestatie voor onze klanten.
