Als Opleidingskundig Ontwikkelaar werk je aan het ontwikkelen en verbeteren van ons opleidingsaanbod binnen Opleidingscentrum Gelderpoort. Je vertaalt plannen naar concrete leeroplossingen en werkt daarbij nauw samen met collega's uit het ontwikkelteam en de organisatie. In deze rol als Opleidingskundig Ontwikkelaar houd je je onder andere bezig met: - Het ontwerpen en ontwikkelen van leerconcepten zoals e-learning, trainingsmateriaal en praktijkgerichte opdrachten. - Het geven van didactisch advies bij het opstellen van opleidingsplannen en leertrajecten. - Het ontwikkelen van content met behulp van diverse ontwikkeltools en formats. - Het vertalen van ontwikkelde leertrajecten naar praktische en digitale toepassingen in onze leeromgeving. - Het coördineren van projectactiviteiten rondom ontwikkeling van opleidingen.
