Als Opleidingsmanager Casemanagement vervul jij die rol. Wil jij bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling van deze professionals? Dan is dit een rol waarin inhoud, marktkennis, samenwerking en innovatie samenkomen. Als Opleidingsmanager Casemanagement ben je eigenaar van het opleidingsportfolio voor casemanagers, met de CROV-opleiding als belangrijkste pijler. Je kent de markt, begrijpt de doelgroep en weet welke kennis, vaardigheden en gedragingen casemanagers nodig hebben om vandaag én morgen succesvol te zijn. Vanuit die kennis vertaal je ontwikkelingen in wet- en regelgeving, signalen uit de praktijk en klantbehoeften naar succesvolle en toekomstbestendige leeroplossingen. Naast het neerzetten van leeroplossingen, ben je de regisseur die inhoudsdeskundigen, trainers en specialistische teams met elkaar verbindt om het opleidingsportfolio continu verder te ontwikkelen. Je draagt de eindverantwoordelijkheid voor de kwaliteit van onze opleidingen en vertaalt ons volume naar schaalbare, gestandaardiseerde processen die bijdragen aan een consistent hoog kwaliteitsniveau.
