Je werkt 32 uur per week: 24 uur in de praktijk en 8 uur per week theorie, onder begeleiding van een werkbegeleider en praktijkopleider. Je voert (groeps-)behandelingen en begeleiding uit, stelt behandelplannen op, doet intakes en diagnostische werkzaamheden en voert gesprekken met patiënten op kantoor of bij hen thuis. Ook intervenieer je in crisissituaties en werk je mee aan een efficiënt en effectief zorgproces binnen een multidisciplinair team. Ben jij HBO-V opgeleid en heb je minimaal 2 jaar ggz-ervaring? Je draagt bij aan intensieve behandeling en begeleiding van patiënten en hun systemen in hun eigen omgeving-met ruimte voor overleg, intervisie en continue verbetering binnen een open, collegiale en kritische werksfeer.
