SRQ138246 Je werkt aan een tijdelijke en afgebakende opdracht gericht op het optimaliseren, digitaliseren en toekomstbestendig inrichten van de debiteurenketen. Je brengt procesknelpunten en verbetermogelijkheden in kaart en vertaalt deze naar concrete, werkende oplossingen. Daarbij ligt de nadruk op vereenvoudiging, standaardisering, digitalisering en het verbeteren van workflows. Je zorgt ervoor dat handmatige en foutgevoelige processtappen worden verminderd en dat de organisatie na afronding zelfstandig verder kan met de verbeterde werkwijze. Wat ga je doen - Je optimaliseert, digitaliseert en richt de debiteurenketen toekomstbestendig in. - Je analyseert relevante procesknelpunten en verbetermogelijkheden binnen financiële processen. - Je vertaalt analyses naar concrete en werkende oplossingen. - Je realiseert en implementeert overeengekomen procesverbeteringen. - Je lost complexe procesvraagstukken op die de kwaliteit of voortgang van de debiteurenketen belemmeren. - Je vereenvoudigt en standaardiseert processen en verbetert workflows. - Je vermindert handmatige en foutgevoelige processtappen door digitalisering en automatisering. - Je legt gerealiseerde werkwijzen en procesverbeteringen vast en draagt deze overdraagbaar over. - Je stemt af over kaders, voortgang en op te leveren resultaten. Over jou - Je voert de opdracht uit vanuit eigen professionele expertise. - Je bepaalt zelfstandig de aanpak en de wijze waarop je de overeengekomen resultaten bereikt. - Je bent resultaatgericht en werkt doelgericht aan aantoonbare verbeteringen. - Je beweegt je gemakkelijk binnen complexe financiële procesvraagstukken. - Je beschikt over sterke advies- en communicatievaardigheden. Eisen - Vloeiende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal op C1-niveau. - Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring als proces- en implementatiespecialist binnen financiële processen. - Je hebt minimaal 10 jaar aantoonbare ervaring met debiteuren- en Credit Control-processen. - Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring bin.
