Luba Orbitaal lasser - Alkmaar - 32 tot 40 uur - Vast - Mbo Word orbitaal lasser in een high-tech cleanroom, werk met lasrobots en bouw mee aan innovatieve prototypes met wereldwijde impact. Over het werk Als ervaren orbitaal lasser speel jij een sleutelrol in het ontwikkelen en produceren van prototypes en de eerste productieruns. Je werkt nauw samen met engineers om nieuwe ontwerpen te beoordelen, de juiste lasmethode te bepalen en deze direct toe te passen in onze cleanroom-productieruimte. Jouw vakmanschap bepaalt de standaard voor het verdere productieproces. Dankzij jouw oog voor detail en technische inzicht worden ontwerpen naar een hoger niveau getild, nog voordat ze de productielijn halen. Deze functie draait niet alleen om lassen. Het is een kans om dagelijks te werken met de nieuwste technologieën zoals lasrobots, cobots, lasers en 3D-printers. Jij brengt kennis en ervaring mee als orbitaal lasser, misschien ook als TIG-lasser of constructiebankwerker, en weet als geen ander hoe je technische tekeningen moet lezen en vertalen naar topkwaliteit werk. Jouw gestructureerde werkwijze, digitale vaardigheden en leergierige instelling maken het verschil in een productieomgeving waar innovatie de norm is. Je komt terecht in een team dat barst van de expertise, maar waar ook ruimte is om zelf te groeien. Er is volop aandacht voor jouw ontwikkeling, initiatief wordt gewaardeerd en jouw bijdrage aan het eindproduct is zichtbaar, voelbaar én meetbaar.
