Als Order Desk Officer volg je het volledige bestelproces van bedrijfswagens op. Je begeleidt bestuurders bij hun keuze, vraagt offertes op en zorgt ervoor dat elke stap correct in de systemen staat.

Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers met vragen over het bestelproces van hun nieuwe bedrijfswagen.
  • Je adviseert bestuurders op een duidelijke en klantgerichte manier.
  • Je vraagt offertes op bij verschillende leasingmaatschappijen.
  • Je vergelijkt offertes en plaatst de bestelling bij de juiste leasingpartner.
  • Je registreert alle gegevens nauwkeurig in de interne systemen.
  • Je volgt statusupdates en openstaande acties goed op.
  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van de administratieve uitvoering.
  • Je denkt mee over verbeteringen in processen en dienstverlening.

Je werkt graag nauwkeurig en houdt ervan om zaken correct op te volgen. Tegelijk communiceer je vlot met klanten, collega’s en externe partners.

Daarnaast herken je jezelf in het volgende:

  • Je hebt een bachelor-diploma.
  • Je beheerst Nederlands, Frans en Engels uitstekend.
  • Je werkt graag in een hecht team, maar kan ook zelfstandig je werk organiseren.
  • Je neemt initiatief en denkt oplossingsgericht.
  • Je bent accuraat en houdt overzicht, ook wanneer er meerdere dossiers tegelijk lopen.
  • Je communiceert helder en klantvriendelijk.
  • Ervaring binnen automotive, leasing of wagenparkbeheer is een pluspunt.
