Ter versterking van ons Verre Oosten aankoopteam zijn wij op zoek naar een Orderbeheerder.

Functieomschrijving:

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de communicatie en de samenwerking met onze teams in China.

Dit voor :

  • het sourcen van creatieve producten
  • project opvolging
  • het analyseren en uitwerken van de “total product cost”
  • het plaatsen van bestellingen / orders en de volledige opvolging ervan
  • alsook het implementeren van de kwaliteits processen met de nodige risk assessment

Zijnde de volledige product supply chain opvolgen en beheren.

Je project- & orderportefeuille volg je van A tot Z op en dit in nauwe samenwerking met de sales / accountmanagers en de collega’s in Azië.

  • Je hebt een bachelordiploma in een relevante opleiding of gelijkwaardig door bewezen ervaring
  • Je hebt 4 jaar ervaring in aankoop van promotionele producten
  • Je durft initiatief te nemen, je bent hands-on ingesteld en je bent punctueel
  • Je bent vlot tweetalig (NL en ENG). Extra talen zijn een plus
  • Je hebt inzicht in productie processen, supply-chain management en interesse in kwaliteitsprocessen
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Excel en ERP-omgevingen
  • Je bent creatief en ondersteunt graag de verschillende teams binnen het bedrijf
  • Je wenst bij te leren (investeer in je toekomst) en je kan verantwoordelijkheid nemen
  • Je bent bereid te reizen naar het buitenland (oa. voor beurzen en leveranciers bezoeken)
