Goed werk!Over de functieWij zijn op zoek naar gemotiveerde Orderpickers die een logistiek team in Nieuwegein komen versterken. Je verzamelt verse producten met behulp van een voice-pickingsysteem en maakt bestellingen verzendklaar. Je belangrijkste werkzaamheden zijn: - Verzamelen van verse producten met een voice-pickingsysteem - Bestellingen verzendklaar maken - Door het magazijn lopen om producten te verzamelen - Producten veilig tillen en verplaatsen - Controleren of bestellingen compleet en correct zijn

Het voice-pickingsysteem is beschikbaar in het Nederlands, Engels, Pools en Oekraïens, zodat je efficiënt en comfortabel kunt werken. Dit is een fysiek uitdagende functie waarbij je veel loopt, tilt en werkt in een gekoelde omgeving (ongeveer 4°C). Je werkt 36 tot 40 uur per week in de volgende diensten: - Ochtenddienst: 05:00 – 14:30 - Nachtdienst: 19:30 – 04:00

Over het bedrijfJe gaat aan de slag in een groot distributiecentrum dat verantwoordelijk is voor de bevoorrading van supermarkten met verse producten. Je werkt in een dynamische logistieke omgeving waar teamwork, snelheid en nauwkeurigheid centraal staan. Wat wij vragen

- Spreek je Nederlands, Engels, Pools of Oekraïens - Ben je fysiek fit - Ben je bereid te werken in een gekoelde omgeving (4°C) - Ben je flexibel inzetbaar in ploegendiensten - Ben je op zoek naar een baan voor langere tijd

Wat wij bieden- Startsalaris van €14,99 bruto per uur - Ploegentoeslagen:- 25% (€18,74 per uur) tussen 19:00 en 21:00 - 35% (€20,24 per uur) tussen 21:00 en 00:00 - 45% (€21,74 per uur) tussen 00:00 en 06:00 - 50% (€22,49 per uur) op zaterdag - 100% (€29,98 per uur) op zondag

- Reiskostenvergoeding van €0,23 netto per kilometer (maximaal €9,20 per werkdag) - Fulltime baan (36–40 uur per week) - Een vrie
