The posting

Voor een grote logistieke klant van Konvert zoeken we een orderpicker in vaste nacht, die bereid is te leren werken met de heftruck of reachtruck op termijn.

Het bedrijf heeft een Amerikaanse oorsprong en is gespecialiseerd in het maken van onder andere aandrijfriemen dat terug te vinden is in allerlei sectoren zoals de automobielsector.

In Desteldonk werken zij momenteel met 110 werknemers.

Wil je bij hen aan de slag gaan, maar heb je graag nog wat meer informatie met betrekking tot de verloning? Hier heb je alvast een samenvatting:

Door het feit dat je elke dag 10 minuten meer werkt, heb je op jaarbasis 5 dagen extra verlof (ADV).

Per shift heb je 40 minuten pauze, waarvan 30 minuten onbetaald en 10 minuten betaald.

Ben je bij ons op gesprek geweest en verliep dit positief? Dan kan je snel aan de slag!

Je start op met een weekcontract, waarbij je persoonlijke meter of peter jou alle kneepjes van het vak leert en jou wegwijs maakt in het bedrijf.

Vervolgens word je gedurende een periode van zes maanden geëvalueerd, zodat je steeds weet waar je staat en je de kans krijgt om zelf ook feedback te geven. Na een positieve eindevaluatie, ontvang je jouw vast contract!
