FetoMed ist die größte Gruppenpraxis für Fetalmedizin/Pränataldiagnostik in Ostösterreich. Wir bieten alle pränataldiagnostischen Untersuchungen einschließlich Serumanalysen an. Präzise Diagnostik auf höchstem technischem Niveau und die individuelle und persönliche Begleitung unserer Patientinnen während der Schwangerschaft sind unsere wichtigsten Anliegen.

Für unsere Ordination in der Privatklinik Döbling suchen wir zum ehestmöglichen Eintritt eine/n Biomedizinische/r Analytiker/in BMA/MTA, Laborassistent/in zur Unterstützung unseres Teams. 1 Ordinationsassist_in (m/w/d) Wir erwarten:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung und Erfahrung mit Ordinationstätigkeiten von Vorteil

* Gute Englischkenntnisse

* gute EDV-Kenntnisse

* Patientenorientiertes Auftreten und gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild

* Zuverlässigkeit, Genauigkeit

* Teamfähigkeit und Stressresistenz

* Zeitliche Verfügbarkeit im Rahmen unserer Öffnungszeiten, Bereitschaft für Abenddienste 2-3x/Woche

Aufgaben:

* Patientenadministration, Terminkoordination

* Rezeption

* Qualitätsmanagement

* Organisation des Routinebetriebs inklusive Materialbestellung und -verwaltung

* Durchführung von Blutabnahmen und Bedienung des Analysegerätes
