Ihr Profil:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Ordinationsassistenz

* Arbeitserfahrung in der Ordinationsassistenz ist von Vorteil - jedoch kein Muss

* Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung

* Ihre Deutschkenntnisse (mind. B2-Niveau) können Sie optimalerweise mit einer weiteren Sprache ergänzen

* Kontakt- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit

* Verantwortungsbewusstsein

* Organisationsfähigkeit

* EDV-Kenntnisse

* zeitliche Flexibilität

Ihre Aufgaben als Ordinationsassistenz:

* Terminvereinbarung und -koordination für Untersuchungen und Behandlungen

* Bearbeitung von eingehenden Anrufen

* Empfang und Betreuung der Patient/innen

* Organisation des Praxisablaufs und der Patient/innendokumentation

* Unterstützung von Ärzt/innen und Fachkräfte

* Durchführung von administrativen Tätigkeiten wie Datenpflege und Abrechnung
