Wir suchen für eine Praxisgemeinschaft im Bezirk Gänserndorf 1 Ordinationsmitarbeiter_innen 30 - 40 Wochenstunde

Aufgaben:

* diverse administrative und organisatorische Tätigkeiten im Zusammenhang Arztpraxis und Hausapotheke

(Empfang, Patientenregistrierung,e-Card-Abwicklung, Terminkoordination,Verwaltung der PatientInnenkarteien,.......)

Anforderungen:

* Organisationsgeschick

* hohes Mass an Genauigkeit und Verlässlichkeit sowie rasche Auffassungsgabe

* soziale Kompetenz und Kommunikationsstärke

* Stressresistenz

* Windowskenntnisse von Vorteil (eig. Ordinationsprogramm - wird angelernt)

* eigener PKW wegen Erreichbarkeit des Arbeitsortes abhängig vom Wohnort erforderlich
