Je adviseert en ondersteunt bij uiteenlopende en complexe personele vraagstukken en weet hierbij met een creatieve en pragmatische aanpak het verschil te maken. In deze tijdelijke rol binnen het zorgpad LVB (Licht Verstandelijke Beperking) ben jij dé sparringpartner voor leidinggevenden. Je adviseert leidinggevenden bij uitdagende vraagstukken op het gebied van verzuim, duurzame inzetbaarheid, talentontwikkeling en teamontwikkeling. Samen met een betrokken team ben je een betrouwbare sparringpartner voor leidinggevenden en bied je ondersteuning bij complexe HR-vraagstukken binnen de dynamische en veelzijdige organisatie die Lunet is. Je komt terecht in een betrokken en deskundig M&O-team, waarin je nauw samenwerkt met twee collega M&O-adviseurs en de M&O Business Partner van het zorgpad. Samen zorg je ervoor dat beleid en praktijk goed op elkaar aansluiten. Je stemt daarbij proactief af met de M&O-businesspartner over ontwikkelingen en vraagstukken binnen het zorgpad. Waarom jouw rol het verschil maakt Binnen de zorg is geen dag hetzelfde. De huidige arbeidsmarkt en maatschappelijke ontwikkelingen zorgen voor complexe personele vraagstukken. Verzuim, duurzame inzetbaarheid en veranderende wet- en regelgeving vragen daarbij om een deskundige adviseur die de verbinding weet te maken tussen beleid en praktijk.
