Dit ga je doen Als organisatieadviseur via Kenonz kom je bij gemeenten binnen op momenten dat er iets moet gebeuren. Een team dat vastloopt, een herinrichting van de organisatie, een nieuwe koers die nog niet echt leeft, of een programma dat van papier naar praktijk moet. Jij brengt overzicht, stelt de juiste vragen en helpt mensen keuzes maken die ook uitvoerbaar zijn. Je zit dicht op de organisatie en je adviezen zijn helder en toepasbaar.WerkzaamhedenJe werkt aan opdrachten die passen bij jouw ervaring. Bijvoorbeeld: - Doorlichten van organisatie en samenwerkingsvraagstukken en dit vertalen naar een concreet plan van aanpak - Adviseren van management, directie en teamleiders over inrichting, sturing en samenwerking - Begeleiden van verandertrajecten zoals reorganisaties, taakverschuivingen, nieuwe teamsamenstellingen en rolduidelijkheid - Verbeteren van werkprocessen en besluitvorming, inclusief het scherp maken van eigenaarschap en verantwoordelijkheden - Voorbereiden en begeleiden van sessies zoals werksessies, heidagen en teamdialogen met duidelijke opbrengst - Verbinden van HR, bedrijfsvoering, beleid en uitvoering zodat plannen ook echt gaan werken - Opstellen van heldere notities, adviezen en beslisstukken die helpen om tempo te maken - Inrichten en bewaken van implementatie, inclusief planning, voortgang en terugkoppeling - Signaleren van weerstand en spanningen en dit bespreekbaar maken, zonder gedoe maar met respect Bij Kenonz detacheer je, maar je bent geen "losse adviseur".
