Ben jij de orthopedagoog generalist of gz-psycholoog die graag werkt met kinderen, jongeren en gezinnen met complexe hulpvragen? Lees dan verder. Dit ga je doen Je komt te werken bij Youz Limburg, waar je je richt op ambulante diagnostiek en behandeling van kwetsbare zwangeren, baby's, peuters, kleuters, kinderen, adolescenten, jongvolwassenen en hun gezinnen. Vanuit een systemische visie werk je samen met een multidisciplinair team van onder anderen gz-psychologen, psychotherapeuten, verpleegkundig specialisten, SPV'ers, systeemtherapeuten, vaktherapeuten en psychiaters. Ook werk je samen met andere zorgorganisaties in de regio. Binnen het team vervul je de rol van regiebehandelaar. Jouw werkzaamheden: - je coördineert de zorg binnen een multidisciplinair team; - je voert intakegesprekken uit en bent verantwoordelijk voor psychodiagnostiek, indicatiestelling en behandeladvies; - je biedt individuele en groepsgerichte (psycho)therapeutische behandelingen, bijvoorbeeld met schematherapie, EMDR of CGT; - je stelt behandelplannen op en werkt samen met andere disciplines aan de uitvoering en evaluatie daarvan; - je overlegt met ketenpartners en draagt bij aan een goede afstemming van de zorg rondom de cliënt en het gezin. Dit ben jij - je hebt de opleiding tot orthopedagoog generalist of gz-psycholoog afgerond en beschikt over een geldige BIG-registratie; - je hebt ervaring met het behandelen van cliënten, zowel individueel als in groepsverband; - je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring met behandelmethoden zoals schematherapie, EM...
