Als OSI PI Engineer versterk je het Automation & Manufacturing Systems-team binnen een gereguleerde productieomgeving in Geel. Binnen deze rol ligt de focus op het configureren, valideren en implementeren van OSI PI-oplossingen voor de manufacturingprocessen. De functie combineert technische expertise in PI AF en PI Vision met een sterke focus op data-contextualisatie, GxP-compliance en betrouwbare dataflows. Vanuit een zelfstandige rol werk je nauw samen met het manufacturingteam, het PI-team en de system owner.

Wat ga je doen?

PI AF-configuratie & data-contextualisatie

Je configureert PI AF (Asset Framework) om data uit de manufacturingprocessen op een gestructureerde en betekenisvolle manier te contextualiseren. De configuraties worden afgestemd op de specifieke noden van de productieomgeving en ondersteunen een betrouwbare verwerking en interpretatie van procesdata. Daarnaast werk je mee aan de monitoring van Run2Run-processen via PI Vision-displays. Hierbij ligt de focus op de front-end en op het overzichtelijk beschikbaar maken van relevante productie-informatie voor de gebruikers.

Validatie & change management

Je valideert ontwikkelde PI AF-configuraties volgens de geldende GxP-vereisten en de gedocumenteerde procedures voor PI AF change management. Daarbij zorg je ervoor dat configuraties op een gecontroleerde en gedocumenteerde manier worden voorbereid voor implementatie. Na validatie implementeer je de configuraties in de PI-productieomgeving. Wanneer procedures of werkwijzen wijzigen, draag je bij aan het actualiseren en onderhouden van de bestaande PI AF change managementdocumentatie. Afstemming met het manufacturingteam, het PI-team en de system owner vormt hierbij een belangrijk onderdeel van de functie.

  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma of gelijkwaardige technische ervaring en hebt ongeveer 2 tot 5 jaar relevante ervaring opgebouwd binnen een technische of industriële omgeving. Je hebt een sterke kennis van OSI PI, met specifieke expertise in PI AF en PI Vision.
  • Ervaring binnen een GxP-productieomgeving is belangrijk, net als een goed begrip van IT/OT-systemen en de bijhorende datastromen. Je bent in staat om zelfstandig PI AF-configuraties uit te werken voor concrete requirements en weet daarbij technische noden te vertalen naar een praktische en betrouwbare oplossing.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van Lean-principes en ervaring met agile werkwijzen of tools zoals Jira en Confluence zijn een pluspunt.
