Bij een industriële productieorganisatie in Steenderen werk je als OT Engineer aan de betrouwbaarheid en verdere ontwikkeling van fabrieks- en procesautomatisering. Je overziet de samenhang tussen PLC, SCADA, MES en OEE en vertaalt operationele vraagstukken naar structurele verbeteringen. Daarbij verbind je de automatisering op de fabrieksvloer met de kantoorautomatisering. Je werk raakt zowel complexe storingen als automatiseringsbeleid en de langetermijnvisie op geautomatiseerde bedrijfsprocessen, met ISA-95-niveaus 1, 2 en 3 als inhoudelijk kader. In de dagelijkse praktijk analyseer je problemen, beoordeel je softwarewijzigingen en bewaak je de uitvoering van change control. Je stemt af met onderhoud, productie, IT en externe specialisten en bent een centraal aanspreekpunt voor automatiseringsvraagstukken. Ook neem je deel aan projecten of leid je deze, waaronder automatiseringswerk binnen CAPEX-investeringen. Door nieuwe technologieën te beoordelen en processen te standaardiseren, verdiep je je expertise in OT en procesoptimalisatie. Functie-inhoud - Analyseer en verhelp complexe storingen in PLC-, SCADA-, MES- en OEE-systemen - Verbind fabrieksautomatisering met kantoorautomatisering en adviseer interne en externe betrokkenen - Formuleer, implementeer en bewaak automatiseringsbeleid volgens ISA-95-niveaus 1, 2 en 3 - Verbeter de betrouwbaarheid van geautomatiseerde processen en ontwikkel een langetermijnvisie - Beheer softwareprocedures, standaardiseer processen en stimuleer procesoptimalisatie - Bewaak software change management en documenteer wijzigingen en modificaties - Leid automatiseringsprojecten en ondersteun de technische uitvoering van CAPEX-projecten Functie-eisen - Afgeronde hbo-opleiding in Industriële Automatisering - Minimaal twee jaar kennis en ervaring met onderhoudsprocessen in de procesindustrie - Kennis van ISA-95-niveaus 1, 2 en 3 - Uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatie op verschillende organisatieniveaus - Nauwkeurige, an.
