Als OT Engineer in de industriële sector in Veghel richt je je op de verbinding tussen productieautomatisering en IT. Je werkt aan de betrouwbaarheid, beschikbaarheid en beveiliging van systemen op de fabrieksvloer. Daarbij draait het om de samenhang tussen PLC-besturingen, HMI, SCADA en industriële netwerken. Je vertaalt technische vraagstukken naar beheerbare oplossingen, met aandacht voor continuïteit van het productieproces en veilige toegang tot installaties. In de dagelijkse praktijk onderzoek je storingen, beoordeel je wijzigingen en stem je werkzaamheden af met onderhoud, productie en IT. Je kijkt niet alleen naar een werkende verbinding, maar ook naar netwerksegmentatie, back-ups en heldere documentatie. Door samen met andere technische specialisten verbeteringen uit te werken, verdiep je je kennis van OT-infrastructuur en cybersecurity. Zo combineer je praktisch werk aan productiesystemen met het structureel verbeteren van hun beheerbaarheid. Functie-inhoud - Analyseren en oplossen van storingen in OT-systemen en industriële netwerken - Beheren van verbindingen tussen PLC’s, HMI, SCADA en bovenliggende IT-systemen - Verbeteren van netwerksegmentatie, toegangsbeheer en veilige externe toegang - Voorbereiden en testen van wijzigingen met aandacht voor productiecontinuïteit - Inrichten en controleren van back-ups en herstelprocedures voor OT-systemen - Documenteren van configuraties en afstemmen van verbeteringen met productie, onderhoud en IT Functie-eisen - Technische opleiding in industriële automatisering, elektrotechniek, ICT of een vergelijkbare richting - Ervaring met OT-systemen binnen een industriële productieomgeving - Kennis van PLC-, HMI- en SCADA-systemen en hun onderlinge communicatie - Inzicht in Ethernet, TCP/IP, VLAN’s en industriële communicatieprotocollen - Bekendheid met OT-security, netwerksegmentatie en zorgvuldig wijzigingsbeheer - Analytische werkwijze en het vermogen om technische keuzes helder uit te leggen Aanbod - Bruto maandsal.
