Jij bent de laatste schakel in het proces en zorgt ervoor dat uitgaande ladingen kloppen, de boel goed vastzit en dat alles veilig, compleet en volgens afspraak vertrekt. Jij houdt de boel scherp, ziet wat anderen missen en trekt je mond open zodra het niet klopt. Lading gaat pas van het terrein als jij zegt dat het goed is!
