Als CLBR Consulting staan wij onze klant bij in het rekruteren van nieuwe werknemers. Onze klanten zijn werkgevers die mensen aanwerven met een contract van onbepaalde duur en zonder interim-periode. Wij doen een eerste gesprek met jou ter ondersteuning van onze klant en als het enthousiasme langs beide kanten even groot is heb je meteen een gesprek met de persoon die aanwerft.

In deze vacature werken wij samen met een ambitieuze logistieke speler in hartje Antwerpen, sterk verankerd in de haven en met een duidelijke blik op de wereld. Via weg, spoor en zee bouwen ze dagelijks aan slimme en duurzame logistieke oplossingen voor hun klanten.

Wat hen typeert? Vertrouwen, autonomie en ondernemerschap. Voor hun team zoeken ze een Outside Sales collega die graag nieuwe deuren opent en wereldwijd commerciële samenwerkingen uitbouwt.

Jouw dagelijkse taken:

  • Samen met de bestuurder en collega’s bepaal je de commerciële targets en ga je actief op zoek naar nieuwe business. Via prospectie, calls, netwerkevents en klantenbezoeken bouw je een eigen klantenportefeuille uit en weet je nieuwe opportuniteiten te spotten.
  • Je gaat in gesprek met potentiële klanten om hun logistieke en forwardingnoden écht te begrijpen. Vanuit die gesprekken werk je oplossingen op maat uit, waarbij je niet alleen verkoopt op prijs, maar vooral op service, flexibiliteit en meerwaarde.Van offerte tot deal neem je het commerciële traject in handen.
  • Na een akkoord blijf je nauw betrokken. Je zorgt voor een vlotte overdracht naar de forwarders in de uitvoering en blijft als accountmanager de vinger aan de pols houden. Zo bouw je klantenrelaties uit, ontdek je nieuwe opportuniteiten en maak je van klanten duurzame partners.
  • We zijn volop aan het bouwen en zoeken iemand die daar graag mee zijn schouders onder zet. Naast het uitbouwen van business krijg je de ruimte om mee processen te ontwikkelen, commerciële ideeën aan te brengen en samen met ons verder te groeien.
  • We zoeken een commercieel gedreven persoon die energie krijgt van prospecteren, klanten overtuigen en nieuwe business binnenhalen. Targets geven richting, maar het is vooral jouw drive die de resultaten boeken. Ondernemerschap zit dus echt in je manier van werken en je wacht niet af tot kansen zich voordoen, maar je gaat er zelf naar opzoek.
  • Ervaring binnen forwarding, expeditie, transport of logistiek is een sterke troef. Je begrijpt hoe de sector werkt en weet commerciële opportuniteiten te herkennen en te vertalen naar oplossingen die aansluiten bij de klant.
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B
  • Nederlands en Engels zijn de voertaal in ons bedrijf en de sector. Frans is een mooie extra en kennis van Duits en Pools is mooi meegenomen gezien onze terminals verspreid zijn over verschillende landen.
