The posting

Le maçon réalise les travaux de construction, de rénovation et de réhabilitation des bâtiments. Il intervient sur différentes étapes du chantier, de la préparation des supports jusqu'à la réalisation des ouvrages et aux finitions.

Principales missions :

  • Préparer les matériaux, outils et surfaces nécessaires aux travaux ;
  • Réaliser des travaux de maçonnerie : murs, cloisons, fondations, dalles et ouvrages en béton ;
  • Effectuer des travaux de rénovation et de restauration de bâtiments existants ;
  • Poser et assembler les éléments de construction ;
  • Réaliser les travaux de coffrage, ferraillage et coulage du béton selon les besoins ;
  • Effectuer les reprises, réparations et finitions de maçonnerie ;
  • Respecter les plans, les consignes techniques et les règles de sécurité ;
  • Maintenir le chantier propre et sécurisé ;
  • Travailler en coordination avec les autres intervenants du chantier.

Compétences requises :

  • Maîtrise des techniques de base de la maçonnerie ;
  • Capacité à lire et comprendre des plans et consignes techniques ;
  • Bonne connaissance des matériaux et des outils de chantier ;
  • Rigueur, précision et sens de l'organisation ;
  • Aptitude au travail en équipe ;
  • Respect des règles de sécurité et des délais.

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

AJ RENOVA recherche un maçon sérieux, motivé et rigoureux, capable de travailler de manière autonome tout en s'intégrant efficacement au sein d'une équipe.

Le candidat possède une bonne connaissance des techniques de maçonnerie et des matériaux de construction. Il fait preuve de précision dans l'exécution des travaux et veille au respect des plans, des consignes techniques, des délais et des règles de sécurité.

Qualités et compétences recherchées :

  • Expérience dans le domaine de la maçonnerie et/ou de la rénovation ;
  • Maîtrise des techniques de maçonnerie traditionnelle ;
  • Bonne capacité d'adaptation aux différents chantiers ;
  • Autonomie, ponctualité et sens des responsabilités ;
  • Rigueur et souci du travail bien fait ;
  • Bonne condition physique ;
  • Esprit d'équipe et bon relationnel ;
  • Respect strict des consignes de sécurité ;
  • Permis de conduire apprécié selon les besoins du poste.

Une expérience dans la rénovation de bâtiments constitue un atout supplémentaire.
