Als pakketbezorger bij DHL Express in Utrecht start je je dag op het depot. Je pakt een kop koffie met collega's, checkt je route en laadt je bus in met de pakketten voor die dag. Daarna ga je de weg op: van de Utrechtse binnenstad tot omliggende wijken en dorpen. Je rijdt je eigen route, hebt kort contact met klanten aan de deur en bent de hele dag actief bezig. Dankzij een uitgebreide starttraining weet je precies hoe de systemen werken en hoe je veilig en efficiënt rijdt. Je werkt in diensten tussen 08:00 en 21:00 uur, met een team en planning die met je meedenken. Wat je gaat doen: - Je laadt je bus op het depot en controleert of alle pakketten voor jouw route compleet zijn. - Je volgt je geplande route en bezorgt pakketten bij bedrijven en particulieren in en rond Utrecht. - Je hebt kort, vriendelijk contact met klanten en zorgt voor een nette overdracht van elke zending. - Je registreert afleveringen nauwkeurig in het systeem en houdt je aan de afgesproken tijden. - Je stemt bijzonderheden af met collega's en je teamleider en helpt elkaar waar nodig.
