Wir suchen Persönlichkeiten, die sich mit Kompetenz und Freude unserem sinnstiftenden Auftrag der Gesundheitsversorgung anschließen. In der Klinik Oberwart gelangt die Position 1 Palliativmedizin Facharzt - Oberarzt (Facharzt Innere Medizin, Neurologie, Anästhesie) (all gender) in Voll oder Teilzeit zur Besetzung.

Die Abteilung für Onkologie, Hämatologie und Palliativmedizin deckt das gesamte Spektrum an Diagnostik und Therapie von Krebserkrankungen ab. Der eigenständige Bereich der Palliativmedizin umfasst 8 Betten einer Palliativstation, sowie entsprechende Ambulanzräume. Das Aufgabenspektrum umfasst die Betreuung von Patient*innen mit schweren unheilbaren Erkrankungen (onkologisch, neurologisch, andere), alle Supportiv-Therapien und komplexe Schmerztherapien. Dabei ist die Interaktion im Haus (Palliativ-Medizinischer Konsiliar-Dienst), sowie mit extramuralen Partner*innen für die Versorgung unserer Patient*innen von besonderem Interesse.

Ihr Wirkungsbereich:

- Ausreichend Zeit für die Betreuung von hilfsbedürftigen, schwerkranken Menschen; Gespräche mit ihren

Angehörigen und Begleitpersonen

- Kooperative interdisziplinäre und multiprofessionelle Zusammenarbeit mit den anderen Abteilungen der

Kliniken der Gesundheit Burgenland

- Interesse und Wertehaltung mit Orientierung am Bio-Psycho-Sozialen Betreuungsmodell, an Palliativmedizin

und Schmerztherapie, komplexe Symptomkontrolle im stationären und ambulanten Bereich.

- Konzeptionelle Mitarbeit an der Weiterentwicklung der Palliativmedizin an der Klinik Oberwart

Ihr Fachgebiet:

- Abgeschlossene Facharztausbildung in Innerer Medizin (mit oder ohne Zusatzfach), Neurologie oder Anästhesie

- Vorkenntnisse und Erfahrung in der Betreuung von palliativmedizinischen Patient_innen wünschenswert

(aber nicht zwingend erforderlich)

- Diplom in Palliativmedizin oder ähnlicher Ausbildung (oder zumindest die Bereitschaft mit der Ausbildung

innerhalb der ersten 2 Jahre zu beginnen)

- Freude an engagierter, selbstständiger Arbeit auf hohem fachlichen Niveau

- Kommunikative, empathische Persönlichkeit

Ihre Aufnahme ist in einem Beschäftigungsausmaß von 50-100% vorgesehen. Das Bruttojahresgehalt beträgt, bei entsprechender Qualifikation, auf Basis einer 40h-Woche mind. € 126.077,- (B2/19, inklusive Marktzulage).

Bei einer 48h-Woche inklusive verlängerter Dienste liegt das Einstiegsgehalt für einen Facharzt bzw. eine Fachärztin im ersten Berufsjahr bei ca. € 146.000,-. Durch facheinschlägige Berufserfahrung kann sich das Gehalt wesentlich erhöhen. Zusätzlich steht das Erlangen von Zusatzqualifikationen, eine laufende Weiterbildung und Karrieremöglichkeiten bei uns im Fokus.
