The posting

Een lege schakelkast, een elektrotechnisch schema en een werkbank vol onderdelen. Als paneelbouwer zorg jij ervoor dat dit aan het einde van de klus één compleet en werkend besturingspaneel is.

Je bouwt panelen en schakelkasten vanaf tekening op. Je monteert componenten, legt bedrading aan en sluit alles nauwkeurig aan. Vervolgens controleer en test je jouw werk. Klopt iets op de tekening niet of zie jij dat het slimmer kan? Dan denk je mee over een praktische oplossing.

Juist die combinatie van productie en elektrotechniek maakt het werk afwisselend. Als paneelbouwer houd jij je bezig met:

• Opbouwen en monteren van schakel- en besturingskasten;

• Plaatsen en aansluiten van elektrotechnische componenten;

• Bedraden van panelen volgens elektrische schema's;

• Lezen en controleren van technische tekeningen;

• Testen en controleren van het eindproduct voor oplevering.

Je werkt voornamelijk zelfstandig aan jouw paneel, maar kunt altijd schakelen met ervaren collega's. Als paneelbouwer krijg je de tijd en verantwoordelijkheid om netjes vakwerk af te leveren.

Functie-eisen: Voor deze functie zoeken we een paneelbouwer die graag precies werkt en energie krijgt van elektrotechniek. Ervaring is mooi meegenomen, maar een goede technische basis en de wil om het vak verder te leren vinden we minstens zo belangrijk.

Dit breng je mee:

• Een MBO-opleiding richting elektrotechniek óf relevante werkervaring;

• Je kunt elektrische schema's en technische tekeningen lezen;

• Ervaring met paneelbouw, elektrotechnische productie of montage is een pré;

• Je werkt veilig, nauwkeurig en kunt zelfstandig een klus uitvoeren.

Heb je bijvoorbeeld ervaring als elektromonteur en wil je liever op een vaste werkplek aan besturingskasten werken? Ook dan kan de stap naar paneelbouwer goed bij je passen.
