Bij REMONDIS Smart Infra in Uitgeest bouwen we besturingskasten die ervoor zorgen dat pompen, gemalen en andere waterinstallaties precies doen wat ze moeten doen. En daar hebben we jouw vakmanschap voor nodig! Uitgebreide functieomschrijving Als paneelbouwer breng jij onze technische ontwerpen tot leven. Je bouwt, bedraadt en controleert besturingskasten die een belangrijke rol spelen in de Nederlandse waterinfrastructuur. Van onze eigen serie besturingskasten met moderne technologie tot complexe, klantspecifieke maatwerkprojecten. Je werkt aan uiteenlopende elektrotechnische oplossingen voor onder andere Schiphol, Waternet en industriële klanten. Wat jij in onze werkplaats bouwt, zorgt er straks voor dat installaties buiten betrouwbaar blijven draaien. Wat ga je doen? Als paneelbouwer zet jij elektrotechnische schema's om in compleet opgebouwde en geteste besturingskasten. Je werkt zelfstandig in onze werkplaats in Uitgeest, waarbij kwaliteit, veiligheid en nauwkeurigheid centraal staan. - Je bouwt en bedraadt besturingskasten aan de hand van elektrotechnische tekeningen en specificaties. - Je monteert componenten en bouwt bedieningspanelen, aansluitkasten en bijbehorende apparatuur. - Je voert tussentijdse controles, testen en storingsanalyses uit. - Je registreert je werkzaamheden, uren en materiaalverbruik. - Je voert Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) uit, samen ...
