Als administratief bediende ben je verantwoordelijk voor een gevarieerd takenpakket.

Je taken bestaan onder meer uit:

  • Administratieve ondersteuning van het kantoor in de brede zin van het woord
  • Coördineren van praktische en organisatorische kantoorzaken
  • Assisteren bij payroll-gerelateerde administratie
  • Optreden als als intern aanspreekpunt voor collega's en externe contacten
  • Opvolgen en verwerken van facturen
  • ...

Je herkent jezelf in het volgende profiel:

  • Je beschikt over een eerste ervaring binnen administratie, office support of management ondersteuning
  • Kennis van payrolladministratie of HR-administratie is mooi meegenomen
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en georganiseerd
  • Je communiceert vlot met verschillende interne en externe contacten in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels
  • Je bent pro-actief, hands-on en houdt ervan om zaken zelfstandig op te volgen
