Zuerst würdest du ein ONBOARDING in einem anderen österreichischen L'Osteria-Restaurant durchlaufen, um zu verstehen, was eigentlich unsere LA FAMIGLIA ausmacht, bevor du dann ab dem ersten Tag in unserer neuen L'Osteria beginnen wirst.

Die Standortabsprache vor Eröffnung erfolgt selbstverständlich in gegenseitiger Absprache.

* Zubereitung von Pasta- und Saucengerichten nach vorgegebenen Rezepturen und Qualitätsstandards

* Vorbereitung der Zutaten sowie Durchführung der Mise en Place im Küchenbereich

* Sicherstellung einer konstant hohen Produktqualität und ansprechenden Präsentation der Speisen

* Einhaltung der Hygiene- und HACCP-Richtlinien im gesamten Arbeitsbereich

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Pasta- und Salatstation zur Gewährleistung eines reibungslosen Serviceablaufs

Damit bringst Du uns auf den Geschmack

* Quereinsteiger oder bereits Service-, bzw. Restauranterfahrung

* Leidenschaft für Gäste und Teamwork

* Begeisterung für die italienische Küche
