Heb jij een passie voor ambachtelijk bakken en krijg je energie van zowel brood als patisserie? Dan zijn we op zoek naar jou!

Voor ons team zoeken we een gemotiveerde patissier / bakker die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt en zin heeft in een gevarieerde job.

Wat ga je doen?

Je werkt mee aan het dagelijkse bakproces en krijgt de kans om zowel binnen brood als patisserie aan de slag te gaan.

Je taken kunnen onder andere bestaan uit:

  • Bereiden en afwerken van verschillende soorten brood en viennoiserie
  • Bereiden van patisserie, gebak en desserts
  • Afwerken en decoreren van patisserieproducten
  • Meedenken over nieuwe producten en smaken
  • Zorgen voor een verzorgde en kwalitatieve afwerking
  • Mee bewaken van kwaliteit, hygiëne en orde in het atelier

Wie zoeken we?

We zoeken iemand die graag bakt en trots is op zijn of haar vak.

Je:

  • hebt een opleiding en/of een eerste relevante werkervaring als bakker of patissier
  • beschikt over een goede basiskennis en praktische ervaring binnen het vak
  • kunt zelfstandig werken en verantwoordelijkheid nemen
  • werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit en detail
  • vindt de combinatie van brood én patisserie interessant
  • bent gemotiveerd om bij te leren en nieuwe dingen uit te proberen
  • kunt goed samenwerken binnen een team

Een basis aan ervaring is belangrijk. We zoeken iemand die de kneepjes van het vak al een beetje kent en zelfstandig mee kan draaien in het atelier.
