  • Jouw brede expertise inzetten tijdens grotere HR-projecten, waarbij je de juiste koers helpt bepalen voor een succesvolle afronding.
  • Vlot navigeren door de complexe regelgeving van verschillende paritaire comités, wat elke werkdag boeiend en afwisselend houdt.

Jouw profiel als Senior Payroll Consultant

  • Een stevige basis van ongeveer vijf jaar werkervaring in een gelijkaardige functie, bij voorkeur aangevuld met een achtergrond bij een sociaal secretariaat.
  • Vlot communiceren in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels lukt je zonder veel moeite, wat overleg met uiteenlopende partijen aangenaam maakt.
  • Collega's omschrijven jou als een betrouwbaar persoon die altijd uiterst discreet omspringt met gevoelige bedrijfsgegevens.
