  • Het feilloos orkestreren van de volledige loonadministratie, zodat medewerkers van diverse klanten altijd tijdig hun correcte loon op de rekening zien staan.
  • Klanten proactief begeleiden bij sociaal-juridische vraagstukken, wat leidt tot werkbare en heldere oplossingen op de werkvloer.
  • Kritisch evalueren van bestaande workflows om zo efficiëntieverbeteringen door te voeren die de hele afdeling aanzienlijk wat tijd besparen.
  • Optreden als deskundig klankbord tijdens bredere HR-projecten, waarbij je de koers vakkundig bijstuurt voor een vlotter verloop.
  • Vlot navigeren doorheen de complexe regelgeving van verschillende paritaire comités, wat zorgt voor dagelijkse variatie en de nodige intellectuele diepgang.

Jouw profiel als Senior Payroll Consultant

  • Een vijftal jaar werkervaring in payroll vormt een stevig fundament, waarbij een achtergrond bij een sociaal secretariaat mooi meegenomen is.
  • Vlot communiceren in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels gaat je natuurlijk af, wat vlot overleg met alle betrokken partijen vergemakkelijkt.
  • Collega's omschrijven jou als iemand met een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel, die altijd uiterst discreet omspringt met vertrouwelijke en gevoelige data.
  • Beschikken over een geldig rijbewijs B is praktisch om soepel en comfortabel tot bij de klanten te geraken voor lokaal overleg.
