Bij elho staan mensen centraal in alles wat we doen. Om onze verdere groei te ondersteunen, zijn we op zoek naar een nauwkeurige, proactieve en servicegerichte Payroll & Benefits Specialist. In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor een foutloos salarisproces, het beheren van arbeidsvoorwaarden en employee benefits, het bijhouden van onze HR-systemen en het continu verbeteren van onze HR-administratie en processen. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de HR Director en werkt nauw samen met onze HR- en Finance-teams en onze externe payrollpartner Crowe. Jouw impact Als Payroll & Benefits Specialist ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige salaris- en benefitsadministratie binnen onze internationale organisatie. Je zorgt ervoor dat de salarisverwerking tijdig en nauwkeurig wordt uitgevoerd, houdt onze HR-systemen up-to-date en optimaliseert deze. Daarnaast lever je waardevolle rapportages en inzichten die de organisatie ondersteunen. Jouw servicegerichte instelling maakt hierin het verschil. Je vindt het leuk om collega's te helpen, oplossingen te zoeken en hen werk uit handen te nemen. Je houdt ervan om processen op te bouwen, te verbeteren en verder te professionaliseren, waarbij je tegelijkertijd zorgt voor een uitstekende employee experience. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden - Coördineren en beheren van het maandelijkse salarisproces voor ongeveer 250 medewerkers in Nederland en 50 internationale medewerkers in 11 landen. De belangrijkste landen zijn Duitsland, het Verenigd Koninkrijk, Spanje en Frankrijk. In alle landen werk je samen met een vertegenwoordiger van Crowe om het proces soepel te laten verlopen. - Beheren en optimaliseren van de salaris- en HR-administratie met behulp van Daywize HR en onze externe payrollpartner Crowe. - Beheren van de administratie rondom arbeidsvoorwaarden en employee benefits, waaronder verzekeringen en beloningsregelingen. - Nauw samenwerken met het Finance-team op het gebied van salarisadministrat...
