Jobomschrijving

Als klantenadviseur payroll in Veurne ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor loonbeheer en sociale wetgeving.

  • Je beantwoordt sociaal-juridische vragen van klanten via mail en telefoon.
  • Eerste aanspreekpunt voor loonbeheer en sociale wetgeving.
  • Detecteren van klantnoden en aanbieden van oplossingen.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat loonberekeningen tijdig en correct worden uitgevoerd.
  • Onderhouden van contacten met externe partners zoals accountants, sectorfondsen en RVA.
  • Zorgen voor tijdige en correcte uitvoering van loonberekeningen.
  • Uitvoeren van andere operationele taken.
  • Proactief bezoeken van klanten om hun behoeften te polsen en ondersteuning te bieden.
  • Daarnaast volg je een drie maanden durend opleidingstraject om je klaar te stomen voor de functie.

Wie ben jij?

  • Relevant diploma en/of professionele ervaring met personeelsadministratie.
  • Kennis/passie voor sociaal zekerheidsrecht, arbeidsrecht of algemene sociale wetgeving.
  • Uitstekende dienstverlening, stressbestendig, en mensgericht.
  • Accuraat, punctueel, oog voor detail.
  • Vlotte omgang, goed luisterend, en samenwerken met collega's en externe partners.
