Binnen het expertisedomein HR is Randstad Professional in West-Vlaanderen op zoek naar ervaren payroll consultants.

We zoeken een Payroller om ons team van HR consultants te vervoegen.

Bij tijdelijke afwezigheden, plotse vermeerderingen van de workload of specifieke projecten bij onze klanten springen onze HR-Professionals met veel plezier en professionalisme bij op de personeelsdienst.

Voor jou betekent dit dat je de loonadministratie en alles wat daarbij hoort, opneemt.

Onze klanten waar je projecten uitvoert zijn mooie referentieklanten, gaande van kmo's tot multinationals, in tal van verschillende sectoren.

Zie jij jezelf werken op projectbasis ? Hou je van afwisseling en heb je ervaring in HR? Dan ben jij als toekomstige professional dé geknipte persoon om onze klanten te hulp te schieten!

We zoeken in overleg een opdracht die past bij jouw specifieke ervaring en bouwen van daaruit verder aan jouw expertise en carrière.

Jouw aanbod:

  • Je hebt minimaal een eerste werkervaring als payroller of binnen HR op zak
  • Je bent flexibel op vlak van regio: je bent bereid tot maximaal 1 uur enkele rit te rijden naar jouw opdracht en je beschikt over een rijbewijs B.
  • Je hebt een bachelor-en/of masterdiploma op zak, of hebt een gelijkwaardig denkniveau door voorgaande ervaringen
  • Je bent Nederlandstalig maar vous vous débrouillez bien en Français. Being able to speak English is a great advantage ;-)
  • Je hebt de consultant mindset: je bent proactief en past je snel aan! Bovendien ben je resultaatgericht, kantgericht en hou je van samenwerken maar ben je zeker ook zelfsturend.
