Je combineert precisie met verantwoordelijkheid en maakt zo elke payrollcyclus tot een succes. Je volgt de tijdsregistratie op, je beheert de personeelsadministratie, zorgt voor een tijdige en correcte uitbetaling van de lonen en houdt ook de personeelsdossiers up to date (ook digitaal). - Bij problemen ga je actief op zoek naar een oplossing, overlegt deze met de betrokken partijen en zorgt voor de implementatie hiervan. Jouw input om ook op lange termijn verbeteringen aan te brengen aan processen en procedures is absoluut welkom. - Je bent het aanspreekpunt om individuele vragen van medewerkers te beantwoorden, sociale wetgeving op te volgen, documenten rond allerhande HR-gerelateerde topics op te zoeken en in te vullen alsook sociaaljuridische onderwerpen te ondersteunen, zowel administratief als door jouw kennis en expertise.
