Voor een dynamische onderneming zijn we op zoek naar een Payroll Specialist die verantwoordelijk is voor de dagelijkse payrollverwerking en de bijhorende administratie. Je beschikt over een stevige ervaring binnen payroll en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid op binnen een brede HR-functie.

Je takenpakket omvat onder andere:

  • Instaan voor de volledige payrollverwerking van A tot Z.
  • Beantwoorden van vragen van medewerkers over loon, sociale documenten en andere HR-gerelateerde onderwerpen.
  • Opvolgen van de payrolladministratie en zorgen voor een correcte verwerking van de gegevens.
  • Voorbereiden en verzorgen van rapporteringen voor de directie.
  • Meewerken aan het optimaliseren van payroll- en HR-processen.
  • De ontwikkelingen binnen de sociale wetgeving en regelgeving opvolgen en vertalen naar de payrollpraktijk.

Kort samengevat: je neemt de payroll van A tot Z op en zorgt samen met het payrollkantoor voor een correcte loonverwerking en personeelsadministratie.

  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring binnen payroll en kan zelfstandig een payrollproces opvolgen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Deadlines vormen voor jou geen probleem, ook tijdens drukke payrollperiodes.
  • Je bent communicatief vaardig en vindt het belangrijk om medewerkers op een duidelijke manier verder te helpen.
  • Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van MS Office met nadruk op Excel.
  • Ervaring met Blox en SAP is een pluspunt.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands.
  • Je bent bereid om je kennis van sociale wetgeving en payroll verder bij te houden.
