Samen met je collega's zorg je ervoor dat duizenden medewerkers iedere maand kunnen rekenen op een correcte en tijdige salarisbetaling. Maar jouw rol gaat verder dan operationele payroll alleen. Je denkt mee over verbeteringen, begeleidt projecten en werkt samen met internationale stakeholders. Daarnaast ben je ook een sparringpartner voor HR, Finance, Tax en externe payrollpartners. Dankzij jouw expertise blijven onze payrollprocessen compliant, efficiënt en toekomstbestendig. Bij Boels werk je samen met een team van payrollspecialisten aan de salarisverwerking van meer dan 8.000 medewerkers in 27 landen. Een internationale omgeving waarin geen dag hetzelfde is en waarin jij alle ruimte krijgt om jouw expertise verder uit te bouwen. Jouw werkzaamheden - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de payrollcyclus van meerdere Europese landen. - Je waarborgt een correcte en tijdige salarisverwerking. - Je bewaakt fiscale, arbeidsrechtelijke en sociale wet- en regelgeving. - Je bent aanspreekpunt voor complexe payrollvraagstukken. - Je ondersteunt audits, controles en complianceprocessen. - Je begeleidt integraties van nieuwe bedrijven en payrollprocessen na acquisities. - Je signaleert kansen om processen slimmer, sneller en efficiënter te maken.
