Voor Dutch Flower Group (DFG) zoeken wij zowel een medior als een senior payroll specialist. In deze vacature laten we je zien wat de rol van medior payroll specialist inhoudt en waar jij het verschil kunt maken. Wie zijn wij? Bij Dutch Flower Group (DFG) heb je een leuke en uitdagende baan in het hart van de Nederlandse bloemen- en plantensector. Wij zorgen er dagelijks voor dat miljoenen mensen wereldwijd kunnen genieten van bloemen en planten. Wij zijn een familie van meer dan 30 gespecialiseerde bedrijven, die samen de hele internationale sierteeltketen bedienen. Samen met alle internationale collega's werken we iedere dag weer aan het bezorgen van topkwaliteit snijbloemen, gemengde boeketten en planten aan onze klanten. Binnen DFG zijn wij drukdoende met het opstarten van een gezamenlijke salarisadministratie voor in ieder geval 5 van onze bedrijven. Dit project wordt momenteel uitgevoerd door twee externe payroll specialisten. Maar voor de lange termijn willen wij deze rollen laten invullen door twee eigen, nieuw te werven, collega's. We zijn een omgeving waar professionaliteit, kwaliteit en betrouwbaarheid centraal staan - maar waar nog veel ruimte is om jouw expertise in te zetten en ons gezamenlijke project te laten slagen. Over de functie Als Payroll Specialist ben je verantwoordelijk voor de correcte en tijdige verwerking van de salarissen van meerdere entiteiten (momenteel 8 variërend in grootte) binnen onze groep. Je werkt in een dynamische, kennisintensieve en soms complexe omgeving waarin accurate verwerking, analytisch vermogen en een stevige persoonlijkhe...
