Functie

Voor een kinderopvang zoeken we een sterke kracht om het huidige (solide) administratieve team aan te vullen. Jouw specialiteit? Kwaliteit, pedagogische ondersteuning en personeelsbeheer!

Wat ga je precies doen?

  • Kwaliteit & Regelgeving: Jij bent dé expert op het gebied van de regelgeving van Kind & Gezin. Je zorgt voor een vlekkeloze kwaliteitscontrole en volgt richtlijnen nauwgezet op.
  • Pedagogische ondersteuning: Je begeleidt, coacht en ondersteunt de kinderbegeleiders op de werkvloer. Jouw kennis zorgt voor een absolute meerwaarde in de dagelijkse werking.
  • Personeelsbeheer: Je neemt het HR-luik op jou. Dit gaat van de opmaak van uurroosters voor je collega's tot het voeren van teamoverleg. Je organiseert vergaderingen tot in de puntjes en maakt heldere verslagen.
  • Communicatie: Je onderhoudt de nauwe contacten met Kind & Gezin. Daarnaast ben je ook voor ouders een professioneel klankbord en verzorg je de vlotte inschrijvingen van nieuwe spruitjes.

Profiel

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je hebt een zeer sterke affiniteit met en diepgaande kennis van de kinderopvang en regelgeving (Kind & Gezin). Dit is een absolute must om de toegevoegde waarde te bieden die het team zoekt!
  • Een diploma Pedagogie van het jonge kind (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring) is precies wat ze nodig hebben.
  • Je hebt ervaring of sterke interesse in personeelsbeheer en teamcoaching.
  • Je neemt graag initiatief, werkt nauwkeurig en blijft rustig wanneer het er even hectisch aan toe gaat.
  • Met jouw inlevingsvermogen en vlotte babbel sta je ouders en collega's steeds professioneel en vriendelijk te woord.
