Volg dan via IJsterk een BBL-opleiding! Via IJsterk kan je een BBL-opleiding volgen om in één jaar tijd een pedagogisch professional te worden. Tijdens dit in company -traject, kom je met studiegenoten terecht in een IJsterk-klas. Elke week krijg je één dagdeel (4 uur) les op ons bedrijfsbureau. Zo leer je samen met je studiegenoten, kun je ervaringen delen en sta je er nooit alleen voor. Tijdens deze praktijkopleiding werk je 3 tot 4 dagen per week op de groep met baby's en/of peuters. Je leert hoe je hen opvangt, verzorgt, begeleidt in hun dagelijkse ontwikkeling en hoe je hun groei stimuleert door middel van activiteiten en thema's. De BBL-opleiding tot pedagogisch professional wordt als redelijk intensief ervaren, doordat er regelmatig opdrachten gemaakt moeten worden. Het is dus belangrijk dat je echt gemotiveerd bent! Maar natuurlijk krijg je vanuit IJsterk ook begeleiding van je eigen werkbegeleider. Verder vergoeden wij de volledige studiekosten.
