Op de BSO van Max Havelaar Kindcentrum in Delft zorg je elke middag voor een plek waar kinderen zich gezien, gehoord en welkom voelen. Samen met je collega's biedt je kinderen een fijne tijd na school, vol plezier, ontspanning en nieuwe ervaringen.

Wat ga je doen?

Als pedagogisch medewerker (professional) op de BSO begeleid je kinderen van 4 tot 12 jaar na onderwijstijd en tijdens schoolvakanties.

Je organiseert activiteiten, stimuleert kinderen om nieuwe dingen te ontdekken en zorgt voor een veilige en fijne omgeving. Daarnaast werk je samen met collega's, ouders en het onderwijs binnen Max Havelaar Kindcentrum.

- Kinderen serieus neemt en naar hen luistert.

- Makkelijk contact maakt met kinderen en ouders.

- Rustig blijft en overzicht houdt.

- Creatief is en initiatief toont.

- Goed samenwerkt met collega's.

- Oog heeft voor verschillende culturen en achtergronden.

- De ontwikkeling en het welzijn van ieder kind stimuleert.

Wij vragen

- Een passend diploma voor de kinderopvang of het onderwijs.

- De bereidheid om één à twee keer per week een VSO-dienst te werken van 07.30 tot 08.30 uur. De werkdagen zijn in overleg.

- Affiniteit met kinderen in de basisschoolleeftijd.

- Goede mondelinge en schriftelijke beheersing van de Nederlandse taal (minimaal niveau 3F).

- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden.

- Een positieve, betrokken en enthousiaste werkhouding.

- Beschikbaarheid van maandag tot en met vrijdag.

- Bereidheid om tijdens schoolvakanties te werken.
