Pedagogisch Medewerker Talentpool Ben jij op je gelukkigst als iedere dag anders is? Kom dan werken als Pedagogisch Professional (voorheen Pedagogisch Medewerker) in de SKOP Talentpool. Bij ons bepaal je zelf je werkdagen en uren!

Waar ga je werken? Jij kiest! Wij hebben bij Kinderopvang Purmerend maar liefst 40 opvanglocaties. In onze SKOP Talentpool krijg je de kans om verschillende opvangsoorten te ontdekken. Hierdoor werk je met kinderen van alle leeftijden en leer je wat het beste bij jou past. Ontwikkel jij graag de meest creatieve programma's voor kinderen? Of zorg jij juist voor rust, orde en structuur?

Als invaller heb je geen vaste groep. Ook hoef je bepaalde taken, zoals mentorgesprekken, niet te doen. Hierdoor blijft er extra tijd over voor jouw persoonlijke ontwikkeling. Wil je ervaring opdoen binnen verschillende opvangsoorten? Of volg je liever een cursus of opleiding naast je invalwerk? Waar je ook voor gaat: je collega's ontvangen je met open armen. Blij dat je er bent!

Werkdagen (0 - 24 uur): werk jij graag op vaste dagen of hou je juist van afwisseling? Bij de SKOP Talentpool bepaal je zelf je uren en werkdagen.

Wat ga je doen? Wie bij ons werkt, maakt de wereld een beetje mooier. Voor kinderen, hun ouders en familie. Dankzij de Pedagogisch Professional (voorheen Pedagogisch Medewerker) leren kinderen vaardigheden waar ze de rest van hun leven voordeel van hebben.

- Je zorgt voor een veilige en vertrouwde omgeving, waarin ieder kind zich op zijn gemak voelt.

- Je helpt kinderen om nieuwe vaardigheden en talenten te ontdekken.

- Je gaat met kinderen sporten in de gymzaal. Ook organiseer je afwisselende activiteiten en uitstapjes; zoals koken in ons kookcafé.

- Je blijft onze opvang verbeteren. Samen werken we aan de beste kwaliteit voor onze klanten.

- Je houdt ouders actief op de hoogte van de ontwikkeling van hun kind.
