Wat breng je mee? (Gewenste werkervaring & competenties) Ruime ervaring in de kinderopvang: Je hebt minimaal 3 tot 5 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring als pedagogisch medewerker op een BSO. De dynamiek van grotere groepen en de schoolgaande leeftijd kent voor jou geen geheimen. Ervaring met leidinggeven / coördineren: Je hebt ervaring in een coördinerende of leidinggevende rol (bijvoorbeeld als senior pedagogisch medewerker, locatieverantwoordelijke of teamleider). Je weet hoe je een team motiveert, coacht en de dagelijkse werkzaamheden efficiënt structureert. Pioniersgeest: Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring met het (mee)opstarten van een nieuwe locatie of het implementeren van nieuwe werkprocessen. Sterk in organisatie: Je bent organisatorisch sterk, stressbestendig en behoudt moeiteloos het overzicht op drukke momenten. Kwalificaties: Je beschikt over een relevant HBO-diploma (of MBO-4 met aantoonbaar HBO-werk- en denkniveau) dat kwalificeert conform de CAO Kinderopvang.

Pionieren met impact Het opstarten van een gloednieuwe BSO brengt fantastische, unieke uitdagingen met zich mee. Jij krijgt de verantwoordelijkheid om niet alleen een veilige basis neer te zetten, maar ook om: Het pedagogisch klimaat vorm te geven: Vanaf de grond bouw jij mee aan een programma waarin de brede ontwikkeling van het kind centraal staat. Jij zorgt voor uitdagende activiteiten die kinderen prikkelen om hun grenzen te verleggen. Een nieuw team te smeden: Jouw uitdaging is om neuzen dezelfde kant op te krijgen en een cultuur van continue professionele groei te creëren. Vertrouwen op te bouwen: Je bent het gezicht van de nieuwe locatie. Het is aan jou de taak om vanaf nul een sterke band op te bouwen met scholen, de buurt en natuurlijk de ouders in Den Haag.
